Right from the start, we were comfortable with the attention and care that we received. We never felt pushed or rushed and were always well advised and gently guided by Mark's expert knowledge and suggestions. To have three offers by 4th January, having gone on the market just before Christmas was very exciting. The following 'negotiations' would have surely broken down with someone less in tune with the situation. Olivia must also be mentioned as the charming and persuasive viewing agent. I found other agents pushy and lightweight. I was impressed by Mark's lack of flannel, clarity, honest opinion and acceptance of my timing.
18 months later, I decided to sell and asked Mark to review and update the earlier meeting. The house was on the market two weeks later supported by excellent materials. It sold very quickly with an agreed long exchange/completion period.
Not all was plain sailing. There were some deficiencies with the house and Mark Leese was helpful in the extreme to navigate the way between myself and the purchasers and also able to put us in touch with good tradespeople whom the purchasers and I could agree on using to rectify the deficiencies. His objectively and calm-ness kept things on track - both myself and the purchasers definitely had our moments - but he helped us steer to successful completion.
Contact during selling was something I appreciated. Emails were responded to promptly and honestly. If they could not be, I was told the actions necessary and when I'd hear back. These promises were fulfilled. Phone calls were returned. If Mark Leese was not available, then Georgina or Karl (who seemed to know about the sale and where it was in the process) would offer to assist and were able to take action.
I cannot recommend Mark and Leese & Nagle agents highly enough. Thank you!

Louis ensured that there were no difficulties. His calm and reassuring input at all stages ensured that we felt that there was a steady and knowing hand on the tiller at all times. He kept us informed at all times and we never felt that we were in limbo or out of touch with the process. He had a feel for our property and we felt that he valued the house in the same way as ourselves. We were delighted that he had a purchaser who was in the exact same position as ourselves 35 years ago when we moved in. Louis also went the extra mile as regards the 'case of the missing briefcase'!!

Louis was brilliant all the way through. When showing us a house, took time to explain and answered comprehensively all questions we had. He was very supportive and informative during the buying process.
Georgina was amazing as well. She is all action, chasing, finding out information and lining up often useless solicitors. Always coming back with answers.
We must thank Rob too for an expert advise.
Once we got the keys we have also received hand made cake and a card. Not bad for a first meal in the new house.

Louis is a complete professional and his effective communication ensured a relatively painless process. Towards the end of the purchase Georgina took over and again was excellent. There were a few problems with the sale of my property that meant the process took a lot longer than it should, but Georgina was constantly on the phone to the other agents helping to push it through. Thank you Louis and Georgina!
